As project manager, West General recommended and coordinated
the installation of these barrier curtains on this utility
container to help reduce noise levels from the air compressors
inside. On the interior walls, Sonex VL-53 fire-rated
foam panels were applied directly onto the walls with
a special adhesive.
Noise level measurements were taken at 1) the fenceline,
2) the entrance to this trailer dock, and 3) the property
line of the company and residential zone.
