Ed Basanese
President
Edward Basanese has a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University, Washington DC. Previous experience includes purchasing and facilities management. Expert in project coordination, mixers, and acoustical facility applications. Edward has been president for 15 years.
John Strandberg
Chemical Engineer, P.E.
John Strandberg has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Previous experience includes process engineering, semiconductor process development, and materials engineering at companies such as US Filter WTS, and Xicor. Expert in wastewater treatment system design, sludge dewatering and filtration application engineering. John has been with West General since the beginning of 2000. Questions regarding Industrial or Enviromental issuses should be directed to him.
Alex Vo
Applications Engineer
Alex has been with West General since February 2003. Alex manages our acoustical sales department and specializes in Applications Engineering and Project management. Aside from West General, Alex is involved in Youth Ministry.
Paul Basanese
Web Master/ Accounting
Paul has been with West General since November 2002 working
as a website developer.
John Basanese
Founder, P.E.
John and Eleanor Basanese founded West General in San
Jose in 1975. John continues to inspire us as we remember
his integrity, his stories, and his attention to our customers.
Howard Carlson
West General has fond memories of Howard's service. Howard
joined our team in February of 1990 and helped lead our
acoustics division until April 2002.
