Ed Basanese
President
Edward Basanese has an International Economics degree from Georgetown University, Washington DC. Expert in project coordination, mixers, filter presses, and acoustical applications. Previous experience includes purchasing and facilities management. Edward has been our president for 20 years.
Sharon Sullivan
Sales Manager
Sharon Sullivan has served West General's customers since July 2008. Sharon manages our office and directs our acoustical sales department. She specializes in business development and customer service.
Chris Lucas
Project and Applications Engineer
Chris Lucas joined West General in August 2003 working
as an accountant. He is currently involved with project
management and sales. He serves as our senior applications
engineer. His background in business and customer service
make Chris a great resource capable of handling the most
challenging requests and situations with skill and tact.
He is adept at researching and finding even the most obscure
acoustic material solutions for our customers. We expect
great things from Chris as he continues to grow with West
General over the coming years.
Nathan Basanese
Inside Sales, Construction Market Director
Nathan joined the company in 2009. His experience in construction
will help to expand our brand, and his broad general knowledge
base offers the potential for further insight and support.
Paul Basanese
Sales, Marketing
Paul has been with the company since 2002. He currently acts as head of website developement.
Eleanor and John Basanese
Founders
Eleanor and John Basanese founded West General in San Jose in 1975.
Eleanor serves as our financial controller.
