Description:

Specify standard or custom sized Fabritec panels to create a design that perfectly fits your space. Select from our fashionable Guilford of Maine FR701 fabric or durable microperforated vinyl coverings; a breeze to clean, they'reperfect for protecting high traffic areas. And finish the look by choosing squared or full beveled edges.
Fabritec wall panels are just as easy to install as they are to specify. Built from a unique willtec foam core, they have oustanding acoustical performance and feather-light weight. Fabritec panels also have a high impact, tackable surface, which further enhances their practicality.

Materials:
Fabritec panels consist of a willtec foam core and a rugged, tackable exterior covered with Guilford of Maine FR701 fabric or microperforated vinyl.
• willtec is a fiber-free, open-cell, impregnated melamine foam that gives sound absorption comparable to bagged fiberous products, but with less material, thickness and weight.
• Fabritec's tackable surface is made from a lightweight, yet strong 1/16" fiberglass substrate.
• Guilford FR-701 fabrics are available in the latest colors and textures.
• Our microperforated vinyl has exceptional stain and fire resistant properties.

Installation:
Fabritec wall panels have a lightweight core and are simple to install. Panels attach in seconds to existing, clean surfaces.
AcouSTIC Foam Adhesive installation: Clean wall surface. Apply 1/4" bead of adhesice around panel perimeter on the fiverglass edge. Apply a 1/4" bead from corner to corner through the center to create an "X". Press panel to surface for 5 seconds. Pull panel away for approximately 1 minute to allow adhesive to become tacky. Firmly press panel back into position.
AcouSTIC

Hook and loop fastener installation: Prior to shipping, the loop side of the fastener is attached to the panel. The hook side is connected to the loop and has a tape backing. To install, just remove the tape backing and position the panel against the wall.

Impaling clip installation: Simply screw the impaling clips right into the wall with the prongs pointing outward. Position the Fabritec panel and applying steady pressure, push onto the clip.
